Who will deliver my order?
All our orders are delivered by Evri or DPD. You can also track & divert your parcel using; the Hermes website or mobile app or the DPDLocal Website or mobile app.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver orders shipped to a UK delivery address placed using our Standard Delivery service within 3 to 5 working days
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays and our lead times are not guaranteed.
How much is delivery?
Our parcels can become quite large and heavy with the more you purchase therefore we operate a stepped delivery fee. Some couriers will not be available after Order Amount thresholds.
We constantly keep our delivery fee under review and change in accordance to giving the best customer value we can.

Note: We currently post to Mainland UK Postal Code Areas - We are unable to fulfill orders The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Local Delivery Fee - £3.50 (Minimum £20 order required to be eligible for local delivery)
If you want to place an order but do not feel satisfied with the postage options / couriers then please drop us an email at admin@play4ever.co.uk and we will be happy to sort out a solution.
Local Delivery
You will be contacted via text message to informing you on when will attempt to deliver your parcel. If you have any issues with our allocated time then please feel free to respond to the message or get in contact with us via email.
If delivery is attempted and there is no one home then we will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbor. You will be able to respond to our message if you have a preference of neighbor.
Pick Up
On placing your order we will begin to prepare it. Once prepared we will send you an email notification that your order is ready to collect. If your order is not collected within 48 hours we may contact you via email to ask when you will be collecting.
Orders not collected within 7 days from the "ready to collect" email will unfortunately be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
