What is the Christmas Club?

Our hugely popular Christmas Club is now heading into its 4th Year. The Christmas Club allows you to choose items from our website that you want to buy. We store them for you. Provide you with a deposit (around 10%) + payment plan up until the end of November to help you get a head start and spread the cost of Christmas!

How do I become part of the Christmas Club?

We operate our Christmas Club through our Facebook pages so we are able to keep in touch and have smooth 1 to 1 conversation when setting you up or answering any questions you may have.

You will mainly be in contact with Anne Marie, Co-Owner of Toybox/PLAY4EVER

Is there a minimum spend?

Our minimum spend to be part of the Christmas Club is currently £100.00, this may be subject to be reduced as we get closer to Christmas.

Are there any fees to be part of the Christmas Club?

We ask for a one-time joining fee of £5.00. This massively helps contribute to storage required for keeping your order with us until collection/postage time.

Can I add to my Christmas Club once I’ve put in my initial order?

Of course! As long as we are able to see regular payments then we are more than happy for you to add any items you would like to your Club. We will provide you with updated payments upon addition of items.

Collection / Local Delivery / Postage?

Collection – Once your order has been fully paid for we will need 24-48 hours to check your order and prepare it for pick up. Pick up will be from the address listed on our website.

Local Delivery – We are based in the Bolton area and are able to offer local delivery to the surrounding areas. Fee and details will be discussed upon setting up your Club. Once your order has been fully paid we will arrange a convenient delivery date.

Postage – Our Christmas club is nationwide, your full orders can be sent to wherever you are in the country. Fees will vary depending on the size/amount of your order and will be discussed upon setting up your Club. Once your order has been fully paid we will try out best to have your order dispatched within 48 hours with fully tracking.

Can I swap or cancel items in my order?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Storing many customers orders can become overwhelmingly confusing if we allowed item changing/swapping. So please be very sure you are picking the right items when making your order.

We are willing to discuss individual cases of swapping and cancelling items under certain circumstances however please be aware that we may subject to penalties on your Club.

I can not afford my weekly/monthly payment?

We are more than understanding that life throws curveballs and sometimes you might find it difficult to make your upcoming payment. The reason we do the Christmas club is to help spread the cost to make it as easy as possible for our customers.

We value open communication so please feel free to message us at any time if you think you might have difficulties with your payment and we will discuss options to help you catch up.

If unfortunately we don’t hear from you on non-payments then our cancellation policy will apply

I want to cancel my order?

Under the consumer rights act you have up to 14 days to cancel our service offered.

After this time has elapsed you are then on an agreed payment plan with ourselves (Weekly/Monthly) for the agreed amount.

If the order is cancelled after the 14 day cooling off period then the customer is subject to a 10% restocking fee of the total order value. As we are not a savings account we unable to refund money on Club accounts. The value of goods paid for, minus any restocking fees and postage fees will be sent out within 5 working days of cancellation.
